20y/o wanting to go back to college to pursue a degree in early childhood education or secondary education.

I’ve decided that I want to go back to college and pursue a degree in either early childhood education or secondary education ( history or english ).

I know it’s going to be one of those options, but i’m having a hard time choosing. I would love to be able to work with kids from 2nd Grade all the way up to high school, but I wanted to know if any body had any pros and cons between the two obviously different age groups.

I also wanted to ask for tips and tricks starting off. I have been researching a lot about it because none of my immediate family went to college , and I only took a couple courses with dual enrollment while I was in high school .

I would love to attend a strictly online university , as I will be working full time Monday- Friday . I will also be using my Post 9/11 GI Bill , so if anyone has experience with that I would love advice !
