Do elementary schools accept online consultation medical excuse notes?

My son recently came down with a bout of congestion, sore throat, and a cough. He did not have a fever and it started on a plane. We got a telemedicine visit from a major telemedicine provider. They sent us a note to print out after a phone call with an overseas doctor. The doctor diagnosed him with “upper respiratory infection”. It’s the weekend now and my son is feeling better now, his congestion, sore throat, and cough is gone. He has taken retail over the counter drugs like Advil and vitamin C.

My question is, will an elementary school accept the “doctors excuse note.?”

It looks really fishy, it has the company logo at the top, and the rest is a statement excusing the student, it has my sons name on it, the period of absence, and the doctor’s name. This looks different than other notes which I have received from pediatricians. Will my sons elementary school accept this?
