What are the most common high school examination systems?

Hi, broke college student speaking.

I'm making a start-up related to high school. I need to know what are the most common high school examination systems. So far I know the following: GCSE/A-Level, Edexcel, SAT

That's only for England and the USA (although many countries use them internationally). Are there any others similar to them?
