Back to school advice

So, it's been suggested to me multiple times I should get my bachelor degree. I'm 36, a new father and was never great with formal education.

I have my associates degree (ironically in early childhood education) but have made my career in physical corporate security.

I don't know where to start looking for a school, live in MA. I don't want to be in classes for 2 years and in general just have no idea where to start with anything.

Any advice on where to start looking? Is life experience a real thing for college credit? Am I going to have to go back for 2 years.
