Hello, I have been living in Asia teaching ESL for the last 7 years. I am moving to Boston in a few weeks and would like to prepare to become an Elementary school teacher in the USA. My Bachelor's degree is in Communications, so I don't really have any background in education besides my years teaching in Asia. What's the best way to get my teaching license in Massachusetts? Do I need to just pass a few tests and I will obtain my license? Which tests do I need to take for elementary school. I have been doing research online, but I am a little confused as to what I need to do.
