Question: Can I use my previous degree and some lose credits to apply for another degree at another college and only require 1 class to instantely obtain another degree?

So I have a Bachelors( 120 credits )and from a certain trade i got 30 ish loose college credits. Could i apply to another college and ask with all those credits can i transfer some of them to automatically qualify for another associates or bachelors degree or only need to take 1 class or 2?

How does this type of things work?
