How would a non masters or doctorate propose a reasurch study idea?

Hello everyone of Reddit.

I have been contemplating a thought process at the moment, and I wonder if it could be turned in to a reasurch project.

My question is if and how would on propose reasurch study to a university, who only has a bachelor's? Would it be even worth it?

Spefic discipline would be nursing/medicine.

Currently I have a Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Psychology
