Ohio honors diploma requirements question

Hi, I’m a rising senior in high school and I have a question about the above. I will meet all of the following requirements before graduation (I still need to finish my history and English credits). It says I can bypass one of the criteria and still get the diploma. Does the SAT criteria count? I scored a 1230 and I need a 1280. Ohio department of education’s honors diploma criteria
