PPS Credential Programs (School Counseling) in CA..help? Current teacher….

PPS Counseling Credential (School Counselor) in CA help! Current teacher….

So I currently teach high school English in California! I have two teaching credentials and well….looking to get my PPS (Pupil Personal Services) credential as my third. I’m order to be a school counselor, a PPS credential is required to have.

I also have my masters in Education and bachelor’s in Child Development. School counseling has always been the goal but I wanted to get my feet wet first and I’m ready to make the dive in a few years.

Problem is….I already have a masters, not really looking to get another one. Does anyone know of any PPS credential only programs or am I looking at having to get a second masters with a PPS credential added? I know my situation may be very unique but looking for any advice or programs that anyone might know.
