Syrian in need of a scholarship

Hello, I'm a Syrian undergraduate (graduated less than a month ago) I've been looking for scholarships for ages ._.

I don't have IELTS yet but my test is in 5 days, English isn'ty first language but I'm pretty good in it so Ik ielts won't be a problem.

Problem is I haven't yet found a single scholarship that is legit [except for the Japanese, Romanian and S-Korean] but those are past the deadline.

I have a high school diploma [95.65/10]) which equals to about [3.78/4.00]

I don't mind studying in any language as long as there's at least 6 months to study the language (except arabic and english <ready for rn> )

If any of you would be so kind to asvise me with a University with a good scholarship Or a Good general scholarship Or at least a university that would accept me as a SYRIAN :(

(I can't afford to pay back loans nor pay those INTIAL fees)

Also note that even if I get a scholarship I have to convince said country to give me the visa bc Syrian
