The first chart shows the age groups of teachers and as you can see there's no supply of young teachers as the salaries are extremely low - working at a McDo pays more, working almost anywhere else pays more - and the government doesn't want to solve this problem especially now as the recession is coming and they are as corrupt as they can be.
The teachers protested many times but it seems like there's no solidarity from the wider population, there's not much pressure on the government.
I'm trying to figure out how parents with school age children will react when they see the extreme quality drop at schools. Already 10-20% of classes are held by teachers who officially could only teach a different subject and in smaller cities villages it's rather 20-30%.
We've already moved to the UK years ago and this was one of the main reasons. But of course it doesn't work at scale.
What do you think: -How will society/parents react? -is there a potential solution that you can think of?
I know these are very difficult questions but please share anything that pops into your mind.
