Writing tips for concluding paragragh

Have been tutoring this non English speaker who’s at her mid forties and dropped off school at an early age. She kind of picked up English from other English speakers but never had learned grammar etc. So far she can read some K2 - K3 material after some preparation. But the main thing is when we come to writing exercise, it’s not easy for her to conclude a writing in general. She tends to jump from one idea to another as if she is chatting. What will be some sort of guideline for her to establish some structure in her writing?
