How to achieve perfect grades in high school?

I’m starting high school in a few months and would like to attend Berkeley, Northwest, or Carlton (the top school in my state) for collage. I’m not sure how to achieve perfect grades in high school. In my middle school I was a B- to an A student (they don’t do A+ in the school district I go to) and I want to go to a good school and do something in finance so how do I do it?
