Do you find that you or your colleagues struggle a lot with teacher comparison? Like if one teacher has always been the popular, remember-forever teacher do you or others envy easily? As well as other things that any humans and teenagers can struggle with like beauty/looks/appearance, relationship status, etc.
How about for the more introverted, quiet teachers? Do they often wish they were different or do they naturally appreciate their own teaching styles even if they are not considered "popular" and the one every student keeps in touch with
