What activites should I do to make my scholarship application stand out?

I’m a 14 y/o guy.I have pretty good grades,and am athletic but don’t have much to offer to win a scholarship if you look at me on paper.I am at the top of my class and am a very talented swimmer,yet I don’t have any huge accomplishments except prizes from regional contests.Also I have the best grades possible,but don’t have any rewards in academic contests (like maths).Although I did represent my country in a Model UN abroad (went to Ankara,Turkey) and did stand out and got a reward for my performance,tho sadly in my country there aren’t ANY clubs for debating,so I can’t proceed further with that passion.And of course,I am advanced in skiing and sailing,yet don’t compete in them.I hope to be able to land a scholarship in a some boarding school until 16.So i was wondering,what can I do to better my CV?What type of activities could I master in two years?What are the things that they would look forward to in a scholarship application?
