Need Help Finding an Online Examination Software for Language College

TL/DR: Looking for exam creation and proctoring software similar to ETS’ TOEFL IBT.

First off, thanks for any advice / tips in advance. If I’m in the wrong place, please guide me to where my query can be best answered 

I’ve recently been tasked with researching online examination software options for my institution. We are a relatively large language college located in Europe and, because of recent events, have decided that many of our courses will move to a hybrid format permanently which will require online exams.

Like everyone in education, we have become experts in online teaching and have also invested heavily into hybrid classrooms. Our current problem is finding a proctored service for online exams which provides what we need.

We’ve tested a few, but they fail in two areas:

• Reading Comprehension
• Listening Comprehension

With regards to Reading Comprehension, we require a software which, in a perfect world, will split the screen in two allowing for a scrollable text (which also allows for copy and paste) on the left and multiple question types (essay, multiple choice, true / false …) on the right. The text should remain stationary while the questions cycle forward.

Concerning Listening Comprehension, we need to be able to play an audio / video file twice followed by multiple question types. Exam takers should not have access to the audio / video file.

These two requirements sound relatively simple, but the software we’ve tested don’t seem to provide options such as these. ETS has wonderful internet-based tests, but their exam software is not for sale as far as I know.
