Hey all, I'm an educational technologist supporting an all virtual school this year. Our teachers have a lot of classroom experience but are struggling to shift their teaching styles to the virtual environment.
One of the big things that I keep seeing is that the teachers are super accustomed to being able to be in control of everything that happens within the walls of their classroom and as a result their management style hasn't transferred well to the environment they are in now.
Do any of you have a good journal article or research based resources about classroom management in the virtual classroom? I'm struggling a little bit on my end to find something geared towards this stuff that is actually research based.
