Seeking suggestion

I'm a Lebanese student studying in hungary on a full scholarship , but the stipend is not even enough to pay rent of a room! My family lost everything back home and since i don't speak Hungarian I'm not able to find any job ! I'm about to lose my medical school (ps: i have a high gpa ) i am lost ! I dunno where to get a scholarship to help me graduate! At lease cover rent just rent ! I can't even take a loan I'm non eu student !! If anyone knows an organization of loan or anything plz plz plz let me know. I've applied to may arabic charity/organization all rejected me or simply never responded back . I'm already in 4th year and about to lose everything
