Who can help me interpret my first grader’s renaissance star scores?

I understand the basics but it is so hard to find any information about these tests online, who can help me out?

Math: scaled score 893, percentile rank 97

Reading: scaled score 959, percentile rank 98, IRL 3.1, ZPD 2.8-3.9

We did online kindergarten through a district sponsored program last year and it was… lacking, so his skills are emerging on a lot of basics like handwriting, coloring, etc. (if it is mom’s idea he hates doing it and the online program provided no hands on work). But obviously he is advanced with reading and math skills. I’m just not sure what I should be letting these scores tell me. Any insight?
