Continuous improvement

I’m hoping this is the right group...looking for some opinions on continuous improvement in higher education and the associated challenges.

I’ve considered that the way in which the schools/departments are somewhat silos would be an issue and that comms/engagement across the university as a whole might be a challenge and that gaining staff(customer) buy in would also be a big challenge.

From what I’ve read most lecturers/teachers are somewhat resistance to change unless it is helping improve the delivery to students. Most other elements are seen as “no value add”.
