I'm currently working on a project in the experiential learning domain (still very early stage) and focusing on how we can create a different learning curriculum and experience for kids (8-15 years old). The goal is to create the right infrastructure so that kids can find and pursue their passion, become much more interdisciplinary and aware, and learn how to do things in the 21st century.
I'm currently trying to better understand what is important when working with kids, what are best practices, what triggers the kids' curiosity, how they collaborate together in groups, what drives them to do things, and how they choose their activities.
Any experts in this subreddit who would have time for a quick chat (parents' opinions are also welcome), and could share their experiences?
