I’m worried about my grades

It’s nearing the end of the second quarter and I’m scared about my math grade. I have a 63 and to get a d or above you need a 65. I’m worried that I’m going to fail. My teacher is giving us one quiz this Friday and I’m scared that I’ll fail the quiz then fail the quarter. I know this is weird but does anyone know how to help me or what I should do. I haven’t been this stressed in a while. I’m in high school btw
