Which HS classes should I take to aim for a prestigious university?

I live in the bay and my dream uni is Berkeley since I will be able to live with my parents and make an easy commute. I am currently taking pre calc, honors English, ap us history ap Spanish physics and a college preparatory class.

I’m confident I’ll be able to have a 4.0 this year and next year as well. I’m planning on taking many ap classes next year including ap calculus and I’m just wondering if it’ll be enough to get into Berkeley. If it helps, I have scored very high on my pSAT and feel very good about taking my real SAT. Thanks
