Do graduation pic crew edit makeup?

Hi just wanted to know if grad pic crew (the people who process the photos) if they edit photos taken like makeup? I remember when I took my grad pic my makeup was too shiny would they edit it down to make it more presentable. I need to know so. Thank youu
