Hello, Is it possible to go to University with only 2 GCSE’s and a level 3 qualification?

I only have 2 GCSE’s because I moved to England from my home country in the middle of year 11. I’m now doing Level 3 Health and social care. Can I go to uni with these or do I need to look into an apprenticeship?
