Does Texas require 90% attendance for ALL classes in order to graduate or does that refer to the ones needed to meet the credit requirement?

I’m not sure where to post this but right now if I get credit in my government and English class I would’ve met the prerequisites for my college and needed classes for graduation. Since I took high school classes in middle school, I then would’ve had more than the 26 minimum credits and endorsements for graduation. My question is that does Texas still require me to make up hours for the classes I don’t need to graduate in, even if without them I’d graduate regardless?
