I want to confront my headteacher about how shit she is at her job, is it a good idea?

The state of my school pisses me off. It went from an old, run down but vibrant happy place to a modern shithole full of depressed teens drifting through their day doing nothing and no one cares. Gna be honest I’m guilty of this. Me and the rest of the school go abt our day sleeping in classes, vaping and nothing else because theirs no enforcement to stop us. We’re not running riot so they don’t care, which leads me to the real problem

They only care about how the school looks, and not at all how it is. This is by far the sole problem of the school. They run around telling kids to “sort your uniform out!” “get your coat off!” And to “keep your phone away!“ and nothing else at all. The education of their students doesn’t matter to them at all, so we all do what the fuck we want. We obviously can’t do anything acc fun because that looks bad in the school, however sleeping and other depressive shit is absolutely fine because it doesent stand out.

Teachers are lazy. There’s abt 3 decent teachers who genuinely care abt kids education and despite being the strictest in the school she and he are by far the most respected and the most liked. Because they care about the students doing well and the students in general than living up to mrs Preston’s shitty standards and getting themselves brownie points. Mrs feliciello for example, rips pages apart, 100% has some weird control or anger issue that makes her rlly fucking scary but ppl like her bc she’s realistic and she acc tried to help us with our education instead of “copy that down so it looks like I’ve taught u something.”

Example 2 bc why not. We had this shitty supply who stayed for three quarters of y9 and despite the several reports about her behaviour, the school did nothing. By her behaviour she used to send 7-10 kids to inclusion per lesson for any minor mistakes, even at times for literally nothing. She’s just point at a kid, say go to inclusion and it lead to us all missing out on a year of education. She’s teach us nothing, and I mean nothing. Can’t word her any differently than just crazy. Was something very off abt her on top of the fact she spent every lesson teaching us nothing, patrolling the classroom and sending people out. The school found out, left her in, waited for the old teacher to return and then never spoke about it again. No “sorry u missed out on another year of education! Sorry your all behind and we should’ve listened! Sorry your all going to fail and it’s my fault!” Just carried on like it never happened

Worst part is I’m not the only one who can see it. Everyone can, no one cares. Teens would obviously prefer to do nothing that be forced to work when we’re all behind.

The schools Christ the word in Rhyl, north wales for anyone who can be arsed sending this ti someone who can do something abt it but I just want ti get it off my chest tbh
