Looking for suggestions of STEM material for student with Down Syndrome

Hello! Hope you are all doing well!

If I may, I'd like to ask for help with a challenging and important situation.

I'm a junior Tech teacher giving STEM lessons for middle school, we'll be receiving our first student with DS (Grade 6) and I've been tasked with helping the Learning Support teachers with constructing a special Tech curriculum that caters for this student's special needs. So far I know he loves music and theater and that he is not literate.

I'm doing my research and thinking that one big skill that I could try and develop with him would be basic computational thinking, but also that I could help by bringing digital tools made to aid children with DS to our school's repertoire.

All that being said, does anyone have any suggestion of apps, games, toys, activities or anything of the sort that you think I should look into?
