Hi everyone!
A bit of background about me: I an an international school teacher teaching English as a Second Language ( ELD / ESL / EFL ) at a Tier 1 school currently. I am looking at getting a masters to increase my odds of getting future jobs (as many INTL schools require it), learning to better educate my students, and further my pay scale.
Currently, I do not have any intentions to pursue admin, but this might (probably?) will change in the future. I would like to leave my options as open as possible.
I am curious as to what specializations people recommend getting/how much it actually matters/etc.
The specializations I am currently looking at are:
M.Ed. Curriculum and Instruction
M.Ed. Global Studies in Education
M.Ed. Administration and Leadership
MA TESOL
Thank you!
