It is too dangerous to be a teacher - You don't get to teach anyway

It is too dangerous to be a teacher. You don't get to teach anyway. Teachers have 32 students, four of whom have identified special needs - and a couple whose special needs have yet to be identified.

Administrators will no longer remove dangerous students from a classroom. They are paid nearly twice as much as teachers and are supposed to do all they can to support classroom education - but they claim that they can't remove disruptive and/or dangerous students. WHY?

Why do administrators get paid more to do less?

How do teachers deal with constant behaviors and still keep education on track? They are set up to fail.
