Starting from scratch

My sister wants to start college from scratch, she never went. 28 years old. She doesn’t have reddit. We talked about this over lunch and I wasn’t much help because I went straight to college out of highschool. Law school is the end goal for her. What would be the best route to take from scratch to ultimately end up at a good law school? Does it matter to a good law school what community college she goes to for associates ? Assuming the path is community college for associates > bachelors at a different college and law school
