What are some good double majors for education?

I've taken a gap year before attending college and worked in the field of education in multiple roles. While I enjoy teaching, organizing, planning, and learning curriculum, I don't find myself being an educator long-term at all. What are some good double majors for education that would give me leverage in other fields making higher salaries? What are some other careers in education that I could make a 90k+ salary?
