iv got a huge problem regarding my education

iv got a huge problem regarding my education for years now before i begin i just want to say that i am still REALLY young and that you should be polite and respectful in the comments, because i have been pulled out of school for many years now i cant reacive proper basic education, even i am at the age of most middleschoolers if i where in school i would be still in the seventh grade, the reason that i got expelled from school a long time ago is that i would have violent outburst's everytime i even got a math problem wrong, i can understand that i was i little bit of a threat to school safety when i had these outburst's but nowadays they are long gone and i have not had one for years, my mother has been trying to get me help for years but she tells me i have to get my anger issues fixed first but i think she does not notice how much i have improved since then, it sucks because this whole situation is really not under my control in the slightest, she says i need to go to a place where they can my issues fixed but it makes me really sad that she does not realize this issues are already fixed, i am pretty scared for my futhere because (from my understanding) you can not get a proper job without proper education, this really does scare me and i just want to go to school again but as i said none of this is in my Control and i do not fully understand the whole situation, also i have already been to a few place where they tried to get me into school again, the first one i stayed at 24/5 and was only allowed to go home Every weekend i think this one was the most helpful since it really solved a lot of the problems i have been having, i find it hard to understand why they can not just put me back into school again, im sorry if i misspelled many of the word because english is not my mother tongue, i do not seek for an answer to my problems but only someone who could potentially help me understand the situation a little bit more, please do remain respectfull and polite to me in the comments. (Edit i might have gotten the detaile's wrong i realize i think the reason why i could not go back to school i that i could not go from having zero education for years to having 100% education instantly, but even with this reason i still do not understand why, i am deeply sorry for wasting your time, but help in the comments would still be dearly appreciated)
