Distance-learning teaching qualification from an English speaking country

I'm in a bit of a unique dilemma. My girlfriend is a qualified IT teacher in the Balkans. We're looking to potentially move elsewhere in the world in the future, and she'd like to get an online teaching qualification from an English speaking country, so she can continue teaching when or if we do move. We're not sure of our destination yet, but it'd most likely be in the EU, Australia or NZ. My girlfriend's taught in an English-speaking international school before, so I'd imagine it'd be in a similar setting. I was wondering if anyone here had any recommendations for distance/online teaching courses they'd recommend or know about.
