I am currently writing a paper about 'racial discrimination in professional sports' and I need some ideas, different viewpoints, and opinions on the topic and why one would feel this way. Most of the information I need has to be cited, so if you have an article, website, scholarly information, or anything, that would be very helpful.
currently what I have are the 'stakeholders' who are the people affected by this topic and now I really just need some opinions and sources to help with those opinions because they can't just be assumptions from me.
Within my essay, I have mention about the NFL ‘Rooney Rule’ and some athletes of color who have been racially discriminated agains like Simone Biles, Christine Mboma, LeBron James and many other athletes. if not specific, then definitely the different treatment those of color may receive versus those who aren’t of color.
If you believe that race has nothing to do with it, I would also like to hear your viewpoints as to why and even proof that helps make it plausible. anything and everything is helpful.
