Ways to convince my parents to let me fill scholarship docs

I'm feeling unsatisfied with the current school I attended now. You could read further on my profile🥲 I posted a lot. Now, all I think is just, let my parents know that I want to transfer to another school with scholarship. I'm just a high school student, imma 15 years old. I'm not sure of which scholarship is worth now. But the closest in my mind, is filling international school that provides boarding scholarships. I wish to find scholarship like this. My parents sent me to boarding school, so that I could be independent. So I'm thinking of, to get into dorm again for the school I wished I get transferred to. Any scholarship or school recommendations?
