Free Bachelor

Hi,

I am mid age and am strangling to find a job that pays a fineness salary and considering getting a Bsc to boost/reinitiate my career. Currently I am looking for any EU Bachelor offered free with ECTS offered and was looking for Information Technology related courses because my current financial state isn't the best and can't afford to further burden my monthly expenses as I have to pay for food, housing and bills and hardly there are any money left for clothing and fun.

As long as I've seen there are lot of public universities offering paid courses but haven't found any free or offered for online studies . Do they exist or have to rely on paid one program?
