What are some online courses that have qualifications or certifications I can out on my CV in the UK?

I'm looking for courses for me and my partner. They are originally from the USA and only have a high school diploma. I have a bachelor's degree in business and management.

I'm looking for suggestions of online courses which would help my wife find a job outside of retail, but also for me for either fun or something extra to throw only my CV. I have 7 years experience now as a documentation controller but I feel really unfulfilled.

I don't mind paying a couple of hundred for a good course but with my wife losing her last job due to covid, and having to save for my wife's final visa, money is tight.
