How do we improve higher education?

Hello! I made a video about everything wrong with music school in the university level among all degrees (Everything wrong with music school). I was wondering what everyone was thinking on how to improve higher education. We have seen multiple issues arise due to the COVID-19 pandemic that are here to stay unless we work to improve them. A lot of things I thought were wrong about music schools were about the culture amongst the whole community.
