Under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), and formerly under the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLBA), US states are mandated to test high school students' math and language comprehension. I am wondering if this aggregated data is available to the public? I am interested in national data, or the data from my home state of NJ, but so far have not been able to find anything. Also, if anyone has links to articles about these tests, their design, scores, implementation, or student/teacher perspectives I would appreciate it if you can share them with me. I am doing broad research in this area so any information is welcome. Thank you.
