Advice please: as we approach the fun times of hiring, resigning, etc, I am caught between two jobs that have unique benefits, and naturally, detriments.

So I have been offered an instructional coaching job in a district my wife works for. This job would pay around $55k and I would gain valuable experience and continue to build the relationships that I have with those in that district. The dilemma is that I have an interview for a teaching job in another district that would pay around $80k. Should I choose the teaching position, I may sour some of the relationships I have built in my wife’s district.

Also to note: We have a 20 month old child and may move to another state after this year.

Anyone have advice or questions that may help me make a decision?
