Kickstart scheme

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help answer a question about the kickstart scheme.

I am aware it is aimed at young people aged 16-24 who are currently claiming universal credit but are there any specific requirements to be accepted? (Do you need a certain amount of GCSEs for example).

Any help would be greatly appreciated
