Did I say something wrong to my teachers?

I am taking a Computer Science class and since I didn't do well on my midterm I wanted to ask a few questions about the final. When class ended I turned my mic on and I was quiet for a bit because someone else was in the class and I didn't want to reveal to that person that I didn't do well on the midterm so I sat there for maybe a good 20-30 secs with my mic on before asking my question.

Then I asked if the class practice problems had solutions and one of the teachers said yes it's on the website. then I asked if there was a lot of space on the exam since running out of space was a problem for me. She said there will be a normal a mount of white space then another teacher mentioned that I should use a separate sheet of paper.

Then I asked if I could have the the practice exams earlier and I told them that my time next week will be rough and they say there quietly for maybe 10 seconds with a strange face and one of them said that they'll send them out the end of this week. I was quiet for maybe 5-10 seconds then I said ok and that that's all and they had this weird look on their face and i'm not sure why. Did I say something off limits?
