Graduate or Diploma than Transfer to University

Which of it works better.

Either go for Diploma (2 years) or Advance Diploma (3 years) do a junior position job & than transfer credit to go for Graduation in a University.

Or go for Graduation in a University directly ?

Any idea how much percentage of the credits score are transferred if transfering after Diploma to Graduate in university?
