I have six years in the classroom. I was going to completely walk after Covid. But after starting a new masters program in an unrelated field I am having doubts. I still get fired up about education and current affairs.
Anyways, for those of you that are admin or are close to admin...give me the good the bad the ugly.
I know I am being vague but I want unbiased information to help me decide.
