What life advice would you give to high school seniors?

We're finishing the year. I normally don't just impart wisdom as the sage from the stage, but we are finishing the year with a project where everybody in the class researches a life skill and teaches the class (e.g. how to do taxes). I wanted to model this each day with some life advice in different categories:

1. College life
2. Friends and relationships
3. Financial advice
4. General life skills

What would you share in any of the above categories? Or other categories I don't have listed?
