Courses over the summer to learn more?

Hello everyone, I am a Junior going into senior year and really want to do some extra classes over the summer. I’m doing an entrepreneurship course on Coursera, but would love more material to learn from. Anything from business (what I want to go to school for), math (I could do either calculus or stats), science (specifically physics or atmospheric sciences), or any other course or learning recourse that would teach valuable information/look good on a college application. I got a good SAT score but not very good grades ( got a couple c’s) and I want to show colleges that I’m interested in learning. Thank you for any advice
