Education Jobs in Europe?

Hello, all!

The subject line is pretty vague, I know. I’m currently in my 5th year of teaching elementary school in the US - I’m American - and am working on my Master’s degree in education at a top university.

I was considering trying to work in education in Europe in some capacity. I don’t really want to leave the classroom, but everything I’ve seen so far shows teachers in major European cities making less than I make now in the States.

Are there any expats in education out there who can offer even the most general advice? At this point, I’m just considering and contemplating options, but I’m not even sure what direction to start looking in.
