Needing help finding the right school for my step child who is ADHD & has Autism

I have an 11 year old step son in 6th grade. This is his first year of middle school and it’s going terribly. Curriculum has changed and it’s all on computers. He has a problem with screens and being on them (loves his roblox). If you try to get him off he throws a tantrum. He has a hard time regulating emotionally and pulling his laptop in and out 7 periods a day is not working for him. This is something he is in therapy for right now, but me and the therapist can’t be with him all day at school. He is an IEP student but he’s still not getting what he needs at his public middle school

Kid has had Trauma from before I entered the picture. His trauma makes it even harder to operate his ADHD and Autism. I just want to help him and I want him to learn maybe in more hands on ways, or simply where there isn’t a screen to distract him. !!He bypasses all the schools attempts to block him from Roblox and stuff!! His father is getting calls from his teachers everyday because he doesn’t get off games and he’s lying.

This is just the simple story, I could go on. We don’t know what to do anymore. We live in Maryland and at this point I would not mind driving him out of state just for him to get the education and attention he deserves. I guess what I’m asking here is for resources for finding the best education for him. I’m at a loss, I don’t know where to look. He needs a place to learn where there is not a screen in his face all day, at least for right now.
