Admin (AP/Principal) or counseling?

Which route would you go and why?

For context, I'm a 2nd grade teacher and my wife is a counselor. I kind of wanted to go that route because I hate getting mad at kids but admin thinks I'd do good in admin.

I still have plenty of time to decide, I just wanted some outside opinions.
